SUMMARY:Compressive Sensing
DESCRIPTION:Speaker: Gugan Thoppe\nTata Institute of Fundamental Research\n
School of Technology and Computer Science\nHomi Bhabha Road\n\nAbstract: \
nThe compressive sensing philosophy exploits the fact that many signals of
interest have a sparse representation in some basis to provide an efficie
nt approach to data acquisition and recovery. In this lecture\, we will st
udy the fundamental theorems of this area and discuss its applications in
the single pixel camera\, face detection and sudoku solvers.\n
