Information lies at the heart of how agents behave in strategic settings. While many popular notions of stability and incentive compatibility assume perfect information, this is rarely the case in practice. Agents gain information through repeated interactions, surveys, and social networks. The information is often noisy and biased, and affects how they vote, bid in auctions, or make choices about products and services.
The goal of this workshop is to present recent work on learning and information in games and mechanisms. We aim to bring together researchers from various fields — including social and federated learning, information elicitation, persuasion, and others — to further research on the role of information in games.
